Heather Toler, Human Resources Manager, is responsible for managing the overall provision of the Human Resources Department, as well as the policies and programs for the entire company. Ms. Toler originates and leads the Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Ms. Toler coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs; reports to the CEO as well as the Chief Operating Officer and serves on the management team.

Background

Ms. Toler joined the company in December of 2004 and has eight years of management experience. Currently, Ms. Toler is attending a private university to obtain her Associates Degree in Human Resources and will graduate in February 2009.
