John Constantine

Outside Board

Mr. John Constantine has over 20 years experience in the healthcare field, including business management, investments, marketing and public relations. He is currently a managing partner and serves on the Board of Directors of South Austin Surgery Center, San Marcos Surgery Center, Kirby Highland Lakes Surgery Center and Southwest Diagnostic Center. His responsibilities include management, new business development and serving as a liaison with the medical community. His companies employ over 150 nurses, technicians and administrative staff serving the healthcare needs of Central Texas.

Mr. Constantine participates in the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society and has been asked to join the Board of Directors and to serve on their legislative committee. He will play a key role in sharing their interest on the committee. His civic responsibilities include serving on the Board of Directors of the Highland Lakes Health partnership, as well as being an active member of the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce and the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce. Also, he supports the Central Texas Medical Center and Foundation, Tri-County Medical Society, the Texas State University Athletic Program, as well as many Austin charities.

Mr. Constantine graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He resides in Austin and grew up in Midland. As a native Texan, he has strong family ties in Dallas and San Antonio.
