Area of Expertise

As the Senior Sales Manager, Ms. Nicholson leads the sales team by applying knowledge of Advocate, MD products and services, the medical liability industry and commercial strategies to obtain business from agents and doctors. Ms. Nicholson coordinates the activities of the multiple entities involved in team selling and guides the team following the values, policies and procedures of Advocate, MD. She also provides communication and guidance to the outside sales representatives and assists in improving their selling productivity.

Background

Ms. Nicholson has a B.S. in Kinesiology and Minor in Health Education with over 15 years of sales and sales management experience. Ms. Nicholson also holds both a Life and Health and Property and Casualty license in the state of Texas.
