Mr. Loranger is the Chief Operating Officer for Advocate, MD Insurance of the Southwest Inc. He is responsible for the implementation of the company’s strategic plan, ongoing operational leadership and management of the continuous improvement programs.

Background

Mr. Loranger began his career in 1973 with the US Air Force. He then founded Loranger & Associates, a design services company while attending the University of Colorado. He also spent 25 years with Emerson Process Management managing global teams that developed business improvement strategies for the Global Top 20 Pharmaceutical companies. Over the past ten years he completed operational performance improvement plans for 38 unique businesses in several different industries. His passion for the Health Care Industry led him to create PendoVis Consulting, LLC and direct his energies to improving medical practice management through process optimization using the latest technologies. His company's focus was on customer-centric businesses with less than 50 employees that were on a steep growth path. His diverse background and experience brought him to Advocate, MD to lead our performance-oriented culture.

Mr. Loranger holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University. He developed and published a world-class program on financial quantification of operational performance improvement and has applied that work to medical practice management. He currently serves on the Board for Novaspect, Inc and Advocate, MD and is past Chairman of the Board for the central and south Texas chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
