Indications

Indications are available to physicians prior to submitting an application at no cost.  The indiciation is an estimate that is based on the physician's county of practice, specialty, desired limits, and retroactive date.  Indications are not binding.  Please click here to receive a free indication of premium.

Indication/Quote Process

Once the application is received, underwriting will evaluate if the applicant qualifies for discounts. It is important to disclose full and truthful information on the application so that your policy will cover all of your practice and procedures. If you fail to disclose important procedures, you may not be covered for that added exposure. Once all information on the applicant is reviewed, a quote is given which the physician may then accept or decline. A policy is bound and issued upon receipt of premium payment.

• Please keep a copy of the application for your records
• Incomplete applications will delay premium proposals and quotes
• Applications must not be older than 90 days prior to requested effective date.
